This is a very nice and clean 2006 Gulfstream Conquest Ultra 6316 class C motorhome. It's built on a GM chassis and has a 6.0 liter Vortec with 35k miles and is 31.5' long. It has power windows, power locks, tilt, cruise, a/c, cd player, power heated mirrors and captains chairs with arm rests. There is a power slide-out in the living area and the rv can sleep up to 7-8. Over the cab there is room for two to sleep or plenty of room for storage. There is an upgraded lcd tv on a swivel and a dvd player with surround sound speakers built into the ceiling. The couch folds down as well as the dinette. It has ducted a/c and heat operated by thermostat, 10 gallon DSI water heater, gas/electric fridge, 3 burner stove, microwave, oven, large double basin stainless sink, full bath with a large corner glass shower, queen bed in the rear with wardrobe closet all around. Exterior awning, slide topper, Guardian generator with 64 hours, full pass thru storage, ladder and trailer hitch. The tires are Firestone Transforces and were put on in 2013 with no weather cracking and 90% tread left. The batteries are in great shape and as well. This rv is 30 amp service and all systems are in great working order with no weird smells or stains on the interior. The roof and floor are also solid with no leaks.
