The fiberglass on the exterior is warping in place on a few spots. All of the decals are peeling. It also has a hole in the fiberglass skirt. Someone has screwed through the cabover bed through the fiberglass and the screws are sticking out. The seller did not have the keys to unlock the compartments. The tires are original - the tires have a 2007 date on them. The house batteries are bad. The couch is missing. The walls have water damage. The floor next to the bathroom is really soft. The exterior shows well overall for its age, as the full body paint has held up quite well except for a few minor scratches on the bumper corners and a little clear coat fade here and there.
