At the time of pictures there was no physical or visible damage on the unit inside or out. Generator fired up quickly and ran perfectly, was just serviced in the fall of 2022. The tires up front are Michelin and were recently placed on the unit. The tires in the rear are older and are Firestone Transforce tires. All have good tread. Stock #323940 2017 Winnebago Spirit 31D with three slide-outs! Hydraulic leveling jacks! This 2017 Winnebago Spirit has a fantastic layout! You will enjoy the room inside this coach, and you will enjoy the ride as well. This RV is set on a 450 chassis and not a 350 chassis, this gives you extra stability and greater towing capacity. This RV has low miles, it is very clean, very well taken care of, and is ready to go camping or exploring tomorrow morning! The dual slides up front that are directly opposed to each other really open up the front of the RV. The black and tan interior of the coach really looks sharp, and that same color scheme blends right into the kitchen are as well. Speaking of which, the sellers upgraded the refrigerator to a larger fridge, and you'll really appreciate the larger freezer area as well. The restroom has a nice size shower, and the sellers upgrade the toilet as well, taller and a bit bigger around than the average size "tiny" toilets you find in most RVs. This Mercedes Benz Sprinter Diesel has less than 25,000 miles on it and is in beautiful condition. It has an extended warranty with 14 months remaining or until 36,000 miles. It has 6 brand new tires. The Blue Ox tow bar was added in 2016. The Sprinter is a pleasure to drive and gets nearly 16 MPG without the tow car and nearly 13 MPG towing my 2014 Honda CRV. The back corner double bed is comfortable and an easy in and out for two people. The dinette converts to a double bed and the upper cab bunk can be used for storage or provides a great queen size bed when the kids come to visit. It's loaded with leather interior, custom slide shades for windshield and side windows, heated drain system, A/C heat pump, LP generator, solar blackout shades, microwave/convection oven, LED interior lights TV, DVD and remotes. It's comfortable enough without putting the slide out for boondocking nights, with easy access to bathroom and shower, fridge, dinette and kitchen. The slide is a few seconds that makes the size feel like a much larger rig, yet it's easy to pull in and out of most parking lots. This was my dream machine but health issues are taking me off the road.
