Purchased approx. 1 yr ago, unable to keep due to unforeseen circumstances. Retail $89K, Low NADA $73K. Huge overhead sleeping area, with a Queen bed, 2 large windows, full wrap around heavy curtains for privacy & an access ladder. Great dining area (includes one of the slide outs), has 3 cushioned benches around a heavy duty table that drops down to provide an additional full sleeping area. Tons of storage areas in overhead compartments & lots of drawers/cabinets throughout. Full kitchen, double SS sink, with a cutting board/sink cover, an extra pull up counter top for added counter space, a nice window over sink, under counter lighting, a large Frig with a separate freezer on top, with inlaid matching wood grain doors, a microwave, propane stove top, oven with a pan storage drawer underneath & has an additional Pantry in the side slide out. Has a separate mirrored vanity, sink & extra cabinet in hall, which closes off from both the front & back ends of RV for more privacy. Has a nice bathroom with a skylight, nice size shower with a break away/adjustable shower head & glass paneled bi-fold shower doors.
