For anyone looking for an RV 31 ft class c, that sleeps 8, this may be something you want to consider b/4 I offer it as an as is trade next weekend. With full disclosure, I caught the corner of a gas pump this summer, there is a tear in the back as well as damage to a very small portion of the rear left side panel. In addition, the front overhead sleeping area needs repair, or you could leave as it if you so choose or fix later. I have included pictures of both in the post. The parts to repair are estimated at $2,000 for both, not including labor. All appliances in working order, including generator; oven, frig, ac, furnace, hot water heater. The 4 outside tires have been replaced in the last 2 years. 2 new batteries replaced this year. Also added Kenwood backup camera/cd/disc player as well as HD antennae. The large awning on the side was also replaced 2 years ago so in great shape. All faucets also replaced as well as toilet. Again, just thought I would offer it as an option for folks that may be interested b4 going for trade in. MSRP is $20000 in good shape, discounted for as is condition if you opt to repair.
