Upon the initial visit of this RV, the RV showed very well and showed very little sign of wear and tear. All tires are newer. The exterior has a shine to it. The roof has no cracks or seems that may let any water in during the rain. This RV is ready to go for the new owner as it needs nothing and is ready to provide many more years of high-quality outdoor adventures. This RV has been upgraded with a 4-wheel drive system so this can be used on any terrain. Based on an E-450 chassis with a heavy-duty V10 Triton Ford engine this has the grunt and power to pull all your needs in one shot. The seller had purchased the RV and then sent it to a facility that converted it over to a four-wheel drive system for a $30,000 investment. Features included are a large slide-out on the left side of the vehicle, which expands the living area to provide a large kitchen and living room with a full dinette that converts to a sleeping area and a couch that also doubles as a sleeper. The kitchen features a large stainless steel double sink, a microwave, and a full-size refrigerator with freezer. Forward in the RV is a large top bunk, which provides a sleeping area for two adults. With a flat-screen LED TV too! As you move towards the rear of the RV on the right-hand side is a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
