This well kept, road ready 23 foot Class-C RV is packed with features and ready for your family road trip. With less than 130,000 miles, there's plenty of life left, and recent maintenance includes K&N oil filter, full synthetic oil, new belts, and a rotation for the tires that have 80% remaining tread. Here's a list of the options: RARE 460 cubic inch (7.6 liter) V8 with towing package hitch and trailer brake, newly resealed roof, cold A/C in the cab and in the coach, new bright front headlamps, bench couch lays flat and sleeps two, dining room table lays flat and sleeps two, large over head bed with privacy curtains, three way fridge and freezer, hot water heater, updated internal LED light fixtures, fully enclosed bathroom including bath, shower, sink, vanity, and flushing toilet, large fresh water tank, grey water tank, and black water tank, wardrobe with plenty of space, storage space in drawers, under cabinets, and over head, external storage for tools, firewood, built in propane tank with a gauge, four burner gas stove, microwave, and gas oven, awning, and a roof mounted bike rack. The not so good: Several pieces of external trim are missing on the exterior, sealant and tape are the current replacement, but the OEM replacement trim is very affordable. There is not a ladder attached, and two of the blinds are damaged. Otherwise, this RV is in excellent shape for its age. This RV went on a 7,000 mile trip around the western US over the course of two months, all without any issues. RV is located in Colorado, but has a clean Oklahoma title. Email to make an appointment to see it, or for your RV inspector. I'm also happy to provide transportation from Denver International Airport.
