Mechanically, the Minnie Winnie is sound. Everything works according to the owners. The generator needs minor repairs but has low hours. The roof was recently re-sealed, and there's a tiny bit of water damage in the bathroom that needs to be addressed. Cosmetic in nature. The convertible couch and dinette provide plenty of sleep space for the family! Built on the Ford F450 Heavy Duty chassis and powered by that big 6.8L V10, it is strong and powerful. A tried and true combination that has plenty of life left on the low, low miles, Minnie! Normal wear and tear on this year's RV, but it is really clean and properly cared for.
