This class C is clean.  It sleeps 10 and has 9 seat belts for traveling.  We have a family of 9 and it was a blessing for our vacations and family visits to Texas.  We have 3 children under 7 and 4 teenagers and we fit very comfortably even though we had 2 car seats and a booster.  The entire family sleeps comfortably on the 2 queens, sleeper sofa, dining conversion bed, and the 2 bunk beds, and you never have to put anyone out to sleep in their house, or rent a hotel room.  A huge awning shades the front door and the 2 slide outs are protected by their own automatic awnings. Tons of cabinets and drawers for storing for the entire family.  The kitchen has 10 cabinets, 2 big drawers, and 1 cabinet with 4 small, long drawers.  A nice size refrigerator and freezer are built into the wall and tucked out of the way.  The master bedroom, which has a pull out door for privacy, has a wardrobe with 4 drawers, a closet for hanging clothes, and 2 cabinets underneath.  Beside the bed is 1 nightstand with 2 drawers and a cabinet.  Above the bed is a 2 door cabinet and along the other side of the bed are 2 long cabinets with a cubby in the middle. We replaced all 3 of the outdated televisions with flat screens(1 in the living room and 1 at each bunk).  Each television setup has a dvd player and the living room and bedroom (no television included in the bedroom) have satellite cable hookups, which is on top of the RV.  4 double lights and 10 single lights brighten up the entire space at night.  The generator runs off of the main tank and has automatic start.  The propane tank is tucked under the rv and lasts pretty long depending on the weather and how much you cook on the inside range, which has a microwave and vent hood above with its own light for cooking.  The heater is nice in the winter and the a/c is wonderful in the summer.  This RV is perfect for big families.  It is equiped with cruise contol which was nice in the flatter parts of the country and is equiped with a back up camera that saved my behind so many times.  An outside stereo makes misic by the campfire fun or listening while eating meals very enjoyable. About 6 storage compartments around the outside of the rv make storing anything underneath very convenient. The tires are at around 70%.  The only reason we are selling is because we are moving to Texas and it is not an option to take with us.  The kids are sad to see it go as we made so many wondeful memories in it.  Thank you for looking.
