This RV is in excellent shape, everything works - everything! No leaks on coach roof and no leaks or drips from engine or transmission. We have been real careful with all maintenance. Only 26,269 miles! This unit has never been smoked in and never had any pets inside. Runs like a top and pulls a small car with no effort. A full detail and wax was just performed. Tires are in very good condition with a lot of tread left. Ready for travel or to live in full time. This is a 2013 Sunseeker LE 2250S with a Chevrolet Chassis that has a single slide out and a rear queen bed (regular size bedding). The Queen bed slides out and is not in the corner like so many class c's this size and has room to stand up on both sides of bed. No climbing over your spouse to go to bathroom! The Slide-out has it's own awning for added protection. The rear bathroom has a shower with frosted glass door and shower skylight and a porcelain toilet. I'm fairly large at 5' 11" and 250 lbs. and I have no problem showering. The bathroom sink and vanity with mirrored toiletry cabinet is located between bathroom and kitchen area. The dinette is located in the front and sits across from a kitchen that has a pantry, 2 door refrigerator, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave and a sink with flip-up countertop extension. The cab-over bunk area is set up as a Entertainment center with a 42" flat screen TV, and storage area behind smoked glass doors on each side. Nearly all bulbs have been replaced with LED bulbs which reduce energy use and don't get hot like traditional bulbs. Has rearview camera with a 7-inch display. 4.0 KW Onan Microquiet Generator has less than 7 total hours of use and has been started every month to ensure smooth starting and running function. Has a Pursuit Remote security system installed and 1 remote. 14 foot electric awning with bright led light strip. Ducted heat and air. Chevy 6.0L V8 OHV 16V FFV Engine. 2 coach batteries. Pleated night shades in coach. Fiberglass roof. Currently located near El Paso Texas. Delivery can be arranged within 600 miles for an additional cost. My wife and I enjoyed this RV for the last 10 months as we had to travel in the US for our missionary ministry. We are done traveling and unfortunately won't be able to use a RV for the next several years, so no sense letting it sit unused for that length of time. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this RV. See NADA price in the photos. I am asking several thousand below even the low retail price for this RV. I also have a tow dolly (all straps and lighting) that I used with this RV for towing a car. I will let it go for an additional $750 if purchasing RV.
