This Concord is very clean, with low miles and less than 75 hours on the generator. The slide-outs have awnings with stoppers to keep the unit clean and in good working order.
The seller reports that the RV is easy to drive and handles well, even with the tow dolly, which is also available.
Rebuilt Salvage Title: The RV suffered hurricane damage, but all damaged parts were replaced. The seller has all paperwork and before and after photos. At time of purchase, the seller had a 100% warranty on the RV, but he didn't need to use it.

Throughout the unit, you'll notice home-like touches to make camping life a little comfier, and though it's ideal for a couple, it can also sleep up to six adults--two in the dinette sleeper, two in the recliners, and two in the queen bed.
Inside the Concord 300DS, you'll notice its residential feel. In the kitchen area, the cabinetry is solid wood with raised panel detailing, and the counter space is beyond what you'd expect in a motorhome. There's a long expanse of uninterrupted prep surface and a great big-picture window that gives you a wide view of your campsite and brightens the space with natural light.
The double sink has a pull-out faucet to simplify cleaning up, and the flush-mount sink cover expands the counter space even more. A flush-mount glass cover on the recessed three-burner cooktop offers even more prep space. There is a slim-profile range hood above the cooktop and a convection microwave oven below. The flush-mount double-door refrigerator blends into the decor seamlessly, thanks to the hardwood door inserts. The fridge runs off electricity and propane with an automatic switchover.
Across from the kitchen work zone, in the super slide, there's a generously sized U-shaped dinette with another big window. The pedestal table drops down and converts the space into a bed for two. A drawer under the bench is a great place to stash your table linens and maybe some board games. There are a couple of seatbelts on the dinette bench as well.
There are two recliners, with cupholders, placed across from the cozy fireplace, giving off quite a bit of heat. Or, in warmer weather, open the screened doors and windows, and turn on the fan or AC. The driver and passenger seats swivel to include other campers or guests in the living space.
The Concord has an entertainment center at the front of the motorhome, over the cab. There's a 32" television, a multimedia unit with radio, CD/DVD that is Bluetooth ready, a large speaker at each end of the entertainment center, a sound bar across the top, and a couple of cabinets for storage.
Near the rear, there is a glass-enclosed shower with skylight, and just across the hall, in its own private space, a porcelain foot-flush toilet and sink. If you'd like to turn the two areas into an all-in-one bathroom, swing the door to close off the area from the main living area. A sliding door closes off the bedroom.
In the bedroom, the island-style queen bed is in a slide-out, creating plenty of walk-around space. The bed has a comfortable Serta mattress, a small shelf on one side, reading lights on both sides, and storage overhead.
Opposite the foot of the bed, there's a two-door mirrored wardrobe with hanging space on either side of a bank of wide drawers. There's also another television, bringing the total number of TVs to three.
Outside, there is an entertainment compartment with a TV and speakers. Storage compartments store your gear, while other compartments house the exterior shower, generator, and propane. This RV has less than 75 hours on the generator.
