We have had this RV for less than a year & due to an illness have to sell. We are loosing a lot of money at this price, but decided to price it to sell & not to negotiate. Since we had it we drove it from Kentucky to Wyoming, a 600 mile trip instate and from Kentucky to South Carolina, so rest assured it is mechanically sound. The roof was sealed before we got it, but would recommend sealing within the next year. One exterior mirror is cracked & there is a body seam on the rear coming apart (aprox. one foot in lenth). as far as I know, that it (Other than a ding or something insignificant like that.) If you are looking for an entry level RV to see if you like to travel, this this is a great deal, I'll even throw in the cover we have for it! Good traveling!!
