I had a dream to take a long 3 month summer vacation with my wife and two young daughters out west in an RV, and we did just that in 2016 - it was incredible, will never forget it - the family time together was priceless. We decided to take one more small adventure out to Big Bend, and Carlsbad Caverns last week April 2017- another great time. We like to consider ourselves a family of balance, and have decided that it is time to close this chapter and start a new one.As difficult as it is for us, it’s time to sell “Arbie”, and seek new adventures. My wife and I spent 6 months researching RVs before purchasing this one. This was our “third child” and we treated it with the utmost care. My wife and I are the equivalent of the neat-freak dad from Full House - Danny Tanner, the one who cleans his cleaning products. We have a covered storage unit in Mansfield Texas (which we can transfer over to you if desired) to protect Arbie from the elements.I serviced the generator with new air and fuel filters, replaced the engine oil with full synthetic, and made sure all the other systems were in proper working order. We wanted to add our own special touches, so we upgraded the bathroom and kitchen with a stainless steel backsplash, and a full length mirror for the bedroom.The coach is super roomy with both slides out, and provides an over the cab full-sized bunk with TV that my two daughters absolutely loved and slept every night up there with the curtains drawn in their little “cave”. My wife and I enjoyed our own super-comfy RV queen sized pillow-top bed at the opposite end of the RV with our own TV. The 30 AMP service powered plenty of cold air from the central AC system, and hot meals from the microwave. When we didn’t have shore power, we were able to fire up our 4K Onan Generator (300 total hours on it) and power everything we needed. When we visited colder climates, the gas furnace did a great job.The Sunseeker has a built in satellite navigation system, 3 TV's, 2 DVD players, and a great 5.1 surround sound system. The fridge and hot water heater operates either on gas or electric.. and the fridge will automatically switch between fuel sources as needed to keep everything cold/frozen!Over the winter I fully winterized the RV - which included blowing out all the water in the system lines, and filling the drains with anti-freeze. The hot water tank was properly drained, and the anode rod replaced. The grey and black water tanks have always been flushed and sanitized under my watch.In short, Arbie is in great condition. Sure there are a few small road rock dings here and there, but I promise you will be hard pressed to find one like this in better condition. This has been road tested, properly maintained, and had a few kinks worked out. Don’t pay retail for a brand new one, do what I did and by one slightly used, and have fun in it!
