If you have not seen a Leisure Van Murphy Bed it has the biggest bathroom in its class. The Murphy bed allows space to be maximized and unlike the folding beds this is a full mattress with no cracks or folds very comfortable, and either person can get up without disturbing the other. Leisure Travel puts out a very luxurious quality with molded cabinets, porcelain toilet, leather seats, etc. It is built on a Sprinter Van chassis with a Mercedes V6, 3.0L Diesel engine only 32,000mi. I get 13-15+ MPG while towing a car. We are the second owners and are selling to move up to a Class A because we have a 3rd person traveling with us now. It is parked under a carport and we have maintained it in excellent condition. We have even upgraded the Air-conditioner to the larger 15,000 BTU unit and added a heater to keep the onboard water tank from freezing if you get into colder weather. All 6 tires have been replaced this year, it has new house batteries, the LP gas detector has been replaced(needed every 5 years). The roof has been resealed (no leak just preventative).
