This is the most comfortable of 2 Roadtreks and 2 Pleasure Ways we have owned.~RT has awning, outside shower, key remotes, two tables.~Great pantry instead of 3rd seat.~Tires are 2 years old and have 6,000 miles on them.~House battery is new; coach battery age unknown.~Generator regulator replaced; generator overhauled 6 months ago. It had not been used enough.~New maintenance solar panel just added.~New TV/DVD player which runs on battery as well as electricity.~Both A/Cs are good. Coach a/c will freeze you.~Unit is actually 19' 11" in length, almost 20'~New rain cover over Fantastic Fan.~Have brochure in PDF, can email or mail to you.~ ! Ding. The last picture is of battery compartment. Original cover has been replaced. Looks fine this way, though. Unit is in nice shape.
