Yes, it is a 1996 except for a two year old Jasper engine V8 engine with less than 44,000 miles. This van is wonderful and I have never had issues on the road and have a blast traveling in it! Totally self contained with an Onan Micro Lite 2800 series generator. Duo Therm roof top air conditioning/heater unit. The coach has a power vent in roof to pull warm air out and to ensure ventilation. The dash has a great air conditioner/heater as well. Galley has two burner stove, microwave, new refrigerator, kitchen sink and ample counter space. Enjoy a great bathroom...shower, toilet, and sink. Unit has a large bed area that converts into two couches, and has a removable dinette table. The unit has a black and gray water tanks, water tank, brand new water pump, very hot water heater, and exterior hot shower. Camper has tons of storage including hanging space, drawers, under unit storage and overhead. Entertainment system includes a sound system, great speakers throughout, Pioneer stereo with cd player, color tv, satellite/cable hookups. It is spacious and easy to move about inside, interior is very clean and no odors. Very easy and comfortable to drive. Has two captain's chairs. Tires are one and a half years old and in great condition complete with spare and spare cover. Awning is in great shape. Generator has been fully serviced, excellent condition...new air filter, fuel filter, and spark plug. All receipts and service records available. Owned by a woman that has no worries on the road with this camper van. It is a real joy to use and travel in. Must sell due to health reasons. Easily travel the country in this van!
