Good condition, meticulously cared for, Non-smoker, Bed over cab and large couch/bed in rear. Lots of options and upgrades added after purchase. Leather seating, wood floors, large 7 inch back up camera, GPS in radio. Radio has DVD, CD, GPS, Pop up large 7 inch touch screen. Real comfortable full seating for 4 up front and seating for 3 more on the rear sofa (Very rare seating configuration). (All seating is leather and are very comfortable unlike many other RVs that have cheap uncomfortable second row seating). A nice closet with shelves. A toilet area. Inside shower and outside shower. Propane cook stove. Outside awning. Very low hours on the generator and it was recently tuned and oil changed. The RV engine has always had Mobile 1 oil changes. I have maintained this RV very well and have receipts. I added fog lights.Has 3 way refrigerator. A coffee station and microwave that have never been used and are in new condition. Michelin Tires. Mostly used for family travel. Always passed smog tests and runs well. A rare find.
