This is a well maintained Mercedes Benz Sprinter 3500 cab with rear dual wheels. Featuring a residential full size queen automated murphy bed located in the slide out and an oversized rear bathroom which is a dream and boasts a large corner curved shower with skylight, a china toilet, counter space around the sink (which is unusual) and plenty of area to dress. The entertainment includes a pop-up 26 inch Vizio LCD HDTV, Eclipse entertainment system with Sirius, DVD player and TomTom navigational system. The interior has curved European cabinetry throughout (which has never warped and has push in locking knobs), full galley featuring a deep stainless sink, 2-burner cooktop, a large refrigerator/freezer, and a microwave with convection oven. Large pull out pantry to store plenty of food and several overhead cabinets for additional storage. The U24MB is equipped with a 3.6 Onan LP generator, ducted air with heat pump cooling, electric/gas water heater, stabilizer jacks, brand new macerator (so clean and easy to use - no messes with black water dumping). Brand new tires and hub caps installed last summer. The Unity is stored under a carport with no exposure to the sun. The Unity has plenty of power on the highway and has no problem cruising at 75 mph. We tow a Jeep Patriot and it handles towing well. The Unity will climb steep mountains and it is easy to park just about anywhere. A dream to drive - both of us drive and my wife enjoys how the Mercedes handles.The Unity has been upgraded with a Dish HDTV satellite receiver ($2,000 value) and Roadmaster Towing package ($3,600 value). Transferable service warranty ($5,700 value) effective until November 20, 2018 and up to 85,151 miles. The deductible is $500. Transfer fee is $50 and must be completed within 30 days of purchase. 2015 Jeep Patriot Sport 4x4 5-speed manual with 10,000 miles – The jeep is simple to hook up and tow.
