The exterior, roof, awning, and interior fabrics & surfaces are in good condition. There is a window with a piece of glass broken off of the corner that was never replaced as the owner states that it does not leak or allow any air in due to the position and small size of the missing piece of glass. It is visible on the last picture in the gallery.
