Weights: Gross Weight GVWR is 33,000 lbs. Tow hitch rating is 10,000 lbs. Cargo Carrying Capacity is 3,321 lbs. This is huge!! You will never ever overload this RV. Chassis: Holiday Rambler’s exclusive Raised Rail (RR8R) Roadmaster smooth ride chassis. Believe me, you can drive this RV down the road with ‘one finger”. Only chassis/engine maintenance was an oil change by Speedco of Oklahoma City, OK. (Changed oil filter and replaced both fuel filters). The RV has provisions for a washer/dryer but these are not installed. The RV has a CoachLift handicapped lift installed inside of the front door. We chose to not remove it because it really does not interfere, but can be easily removed (maybe 8 bolts). My wife’s comments on the RV interior arrangement. RV interior: Very Good condition Front area: Upholstery is clean, window treatments and blinds are all clean, intact and in working condition including privacy curtains on windshield (included are separate foil sun-shield protectors), kitchen has granite counter with stainless double sink, covered cooktop with (3) gas burners, microwave/convection oven (works very well after you read the manual!), all cabinets are clean (inside and out) with like-new finish, dining table pulls out to accommodate 4 chairs. Note, two matching fold-up chairs are stored in closet. Spacious Dometic refrigerator/freezer is new as of March 2012 with ice and water in door. Bedroom area: Queen Bed has added memory foam topper, considerable storage over and at side of bed, three large drawers on opposite wall with three shelf cupboard below TV and egress window. Bedroom has a ceiling fan and a large storage compartment under the bed. Half Bath: This half bath between kitchen and bedroom has spacious medicine cabinet and storage under sink and above window (We’d didn’t plan on this, but found it quite convenient). Bath and closet area: Master bath is at rear of RV has large medicine cabinet, storage cabinets behind door and underneath lavatory. Storage area designated for washer/dryer provides three large shelves. Shower has Garden Style tub with overhead skylight. Closet is approximately 5 feet wide with sliding mirrored doors. Floors: Floors have both carpet and tile. We used area rugs (included) over carpet. All windows have mini-blinds for complete privacy I wish I could attach a video showing the RV inside floorplan configuration.
