Only 67k miles!! Almost everything on and in the RV has been rebuilt, repaired, improved or replaced! New awning with rebuilt rafters. Carpets are in good condition, hardwood floor in fair condition (but some wrinkles). Double size bed with new memory foam mattress. All drawer tracks have been replaced and re-bedded (no leaks) on the passenger side. Toilet rebuilt with new gasket set. New faucet in the bathroom.Full stand up shower, on board washer and drier. Built in vacuum system. Two stage basement A/C with new thermostat. Rebuilt carb and ignition on 7kw generator (new starter motor). All ignition component on main engine have been replaced including spark plugs. wires, coil, distributor cap and rotor - even the pick up coil deep inside the distributor. New brake pads on the front and new rotor and brake calipers on the front driver's side. Two leveling jacks repaired, leveling system pump rebuilt and motor replaced. Tires have low mileage. New bushings in front suspension with new steering dampener. All fluids replaced ( and flushed) including new transmission seal and transmission filter. Engine A/C recharged and vacuum lines replaced. Roof in good condition with no leaks (but front windshield seal has small leak currently covered with tape). And much more!!Include New Awning, Washer and Dryer, one Flat TV, one small TV for the room, Exterior and interior stereos, full bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, convectional oven, heather and air conditioner, hot shower, the generator is working great. Ready to move in!!
