When you purchase a Tiffin, you and your motorhome become the crusade of owner "Bob" Tiffin. He will make a personal effort to assure that you are as pleased after the sale as you were when you purchased it. Recently, we found out first hand just how serious Mr. Tiffin and his company about making sure the customer is happy. This summer we returned to Red Bay, AL, Tiffin's home to have some updates completed along with a few warranty items. They even took care of a couple of items that we were unaware of.Speaking of Warranty, this coach is still covered by Tiffin! The entire coach is covered for 9+ years against structural defects, while any defects in the lamination has 2+ years remaining or 50,000 miles. If a problem were to occur in year 3, Tiffin will pay 50% parts and labor and for year 4 Tiffin will pay 25% parts and labor. We will pay the transfer fees on behalf of our purchaser to transfer a bumper to bumper warranty including unlimited towing, trip interruption, service calls, emergency roadside assistance and coverage for all audio & technology components. We also purchased the tire and wheel coverage. Both coverages will expire 11/20/2020 or 50,000 miles. From the moment you enter our coach you are overwhelmed with that new coach smell and feel! After all, it has not ever been smoked in...Standard on this coach is a whole host of safety, convenience and comfort features: powered 6 way driver and passenger seats, desk for front passenger, power solar and night shades for the front, doggy window, pass through basement compartments, gas/elec water heater, ampule LED lighting inside/outside too incl. engine and basement areas, rear and side cameras, rear camera with sound, power adj and heated mirrors, 3 burner stove with cover, spray head nozzle, 750 watt inverter powers several outlets, all lighting and (4)TVs w/components, 12v disconnect, surge protector 2 ACs one upgraded to 15k w/heatpump, all coach water filter and heated wet bays.Options: leather hide a bed sofa with a high quality air mattress, pre-wired for CB, bedroom ceiling fan, tile back splash in kitchen, convection microwave, dinette computer work station, driver's door w/elec. window, in dash NAV, front TV, fireplace, 7.0 onan generator, ice maker, ext.
