Exterior sealed up tight - not a leak in sight! Interior comfortable year roundThe body has no leaks, no soft spots on the roof, walls or floors. No delamination. Entire roof cleaned, prepped and recoated with Liquid Roof EPDM coating in 8/2016. Will never leak. No slides means no leaks, no slides to break and 100% useable while on the road.Double pane windows all around seal out the cold. *(Two windows do have condensation between the panes but that can be fixed)Heat and AC to spare. Power is stored in the top of the line coach batteries: (2) Trojan T-105 (Purchased 2/2016). Can run both furnaces all night long in freezing temps and the blowers can't tap these batteries. Will run basic lights for DAYS. When you do plug in, has a Progressive Industries 30Amp Surge Protector to make sure the park electric can't do any harm.
