This beautiful 45 footer with four slides is an ideal motorhome for fulltiming since it is just plain fun to drive and live in. With a 500 HP Cummins and matching Allison transmission on a solid Spartan chassis this home on wheels pushes you over the hills with little effort and the two stage exhaust brakes makes it easy to get down the mountains with little use of the brakes. I have owned this coach since new and have taken good care of it both mechanically and aesthetically. I just replaced the eight house batteries this past spring with new Optima batteries that are carefree and long lasting. I also put on new front tires two years ago and back tires just one year ago. It has a powerful 12,500 Onan quiet diesel generator & two 120W solar panels. It is in very good shape both inside and out with some top side paint deterioration. Nice floor plan including tile flooring. In the living room we chose to have only one couch/bed and a nice size desk opposite on the driver's side along with an easy chair. The desk has come in very handy with huge drawers for filing cabinet and storage. Speaking of storage, this coach has the most you could ever ask for and so well built that you cannot over load the shelves. The electronics have been upgraded for HD television with a one year old "Traveler" dish that picks up HD for both front and bedroom TVs. The living room area surround sound is terrific. There is mood lighting in both the living room and bedroom that lends a very nice ambiance for making out or just watching TV. The kitchen has tons of storage with a pull out counter for more working space as well as a good size double sink and two burner gas stove top. Enjoy the large microwave/convection oven & dishwasher. The residential double door refrigerator/freezer has cherry wood panels matching the extraordinary cherry wood found throughout the coach – just plain lovely and exhibiting very fine craftsmanship. The bedroom boasts a king size bed with a Sleep Number mattress – exceptionally comfortable and adjustable. Two closets are found in the back wall along with a safe to keep your valuables.You will find plenty of storage drawers and cabinets in the bedroom including storage under the bed. There is huge storage available in the bays. The two large pass through bays have full pull out trays that make it very handy to access all stored items .One more thing – if you haven't heard- Tiffin has one of the very best support systems ever. No matter my coach's age I have always been assisted over the phone with advice and information for troubleshooting or fixing a problem- the most helpful people you will find in the industry. I would be interested in a large late model fifth wheel trade in. P.S.
