The upholstery and flooring are in good condition. The passenger-side pillar panel at the bottom of the windshield is missing (see photos). Diamond Shield film on the front exterior is showing wear and "cracking" (see photos). This unit has a sturdy fiberglass roof, but it needs cleaning. It was sitting for some time underneath trees. The top front edge of the roof has paint wear (see photos). The engine, generator, and air conditioners started right up and ran fine during the photoshoot. There is no generator. It was removed by a previous owner. The roof photos show two air conditioner housings. One of them is empty (no unit), and the other has an air conditioner that may or may not work (unsure until further testing). There are no house batteries installed, only one engine battery. The propane tank is still available but may be capped off somewhere down the line. I did not see any propane connections in the interior of the RV.
