Purchased 3 years ago, but with kids/grandkids getting bigger the family has outgrown it. And after having 1.5bath, we’ll never go back to anything less! (plus company doesn't need to use your bathroom/see anything personal). We’ve done a ton of upgrades and upkeep on maintenance over those 3 years. Recent fresh oil change for both the engine and generator, always done on scheduled maintenance. Coolant flush in both the engine and generator. Batteries are newer and recently inspected/certified in great working condition. Roof cleaned, completely re-taped and re-sealed as needed. Added a new, better flowing muffler and exhaust for better mileage and nice sound. No DEF required! 8 airbag suspension system with Roadmaster chassis – rides great!! 100 gal fresh water, 60 gal grey, and 40 gal black tanks. Power sani-con pump out is the most sanitary and keeps you the most clean from the dirty job of emptying those tanks and washing out. Electric and/or propane 10 gal hot water tank, provides plenty of hot water. Hydraulic leveling jacks, controlled from driver seat. Norcold 4 door propane or electric fridge with automatic ice maker. Combination microwave & convection oven cooks great plus propane gas 3 burner range. Power recliner is very nice on those long road tripsJ. Lot and lots of storage interior overhead cabinets, closets, drawers, kitchen cabinets and under queen bed (regular size). All in all, we’ve had wonderful times & great memories in this RV! Other items – this RV is used, and though we have maintained it very well, there are a few areas of wear. One place of wear is under the bedroom slide out, the base is getting chewed up where the rollers are. We’ve seen/noticed this for 2 years now, but the slide continues to work fine since it’s supported on the metal slide railing. Thus we have
