35 Foot Itasca Motor Home Class A by Winnebago 2 Super SlidesThis is a very nice looking and solid motor home. It has no roof leaks at all and no water stains on the ceiling. It is in good condition inside and out. The exterior is nice looking with the original shine to the fiberglass. There is no body damage that I have noticed. There may be a scratch or ding somewhere but you will have to search. The Roof is one piece fiberglass and the roof construction is a steel arched truss with pressure treated decking. We have installed the latest version of fixed position digital antenna in place of the old crank up type. The tires are all excellent with date code of 03712 . I believe this means the third month, seventh day of 2012. All of the compartment doors work and latch. The basement is heated and so is the plumbing and holding tanks. You will find a large awning on the entry side, awning over the bedroom and hall slide, and and awning over the living room and kitchen slide.The exterior overall is a 8 out of 10. If it were no for a crack in the driver windshield it would be a 9. The interior is clean and has no odor. It has not been smoked in and there is no interior damage. You may find a little wear since it has been used but nothing needs replaced. The couch that makes a bed is clean and sleep two. The booth that makes a bed has clean upholstery and sleeps two. The leather rocker swivel recliner is brand new. I installed it today since the original was missing. You will notice a new 32" smart wifi tv installed in the front with a new dvd player. It is professionally installed and trimmed out to look factory installed. The driver captain seats seats are clean with basically no wear and they both swivel. From the driver seat you can control the fully automatic hydraulic level system and most everything in the rv. The kitchen is very clean from the sunk double sink to the appliances. The refrigertor is clean and used lightly. The same for the cook-stove and microwave. The water heater is electronic ignition. The bathroom is very nice with sliding glass doors for a large bath tub and a good size bath room . Across from the bath room you will find the double closed that is part of the rear super slide. The master bedroom is probably the best of all. I purchased a brand new 12" memory foam KING mattress. It has never been used. I installed it today. All of the oak doors and cabinets look nice and have no damage. The Chassis is the C5500 Work Horse GM with the 8.1 V8 engine. It runs and drives GREAT.! It is smooth with no shimmy, shake or rattle. It has just over 60k miles and the generator has just over 400 hours. We serviced the generator and installed a new carburetor. It is a smaller rv to have two super slides and it is very spacious.
