Couch and dinette fold out to beds. 2 TVs and DVD players Only 3 issues: There are some rips in the seats fabric. We use throws to cover. The water pump that is used when not hooked up to a water source needs to be replaced. Generator not starting, possible starter issue. Motivated seller. All reasonable offers considered.
