This motorhome is in better-than-expected condition for its age. The tires appear original, with a tire date code of 0807. The bedroom slide may need a new seal, or the slide may need an adjustment. We have enjoyed this coach. We are upgrading soon and need to move this one before we do. This one has the outdoor kitchen that works out well for entertaining. It is perfect for tailgating. I have installed new batteries and inverter recently. The tires were put on in 2015. They have about 9k miles on them. I put all new injectors in the 330hp Cat engine along with all new belts. The windows have also been replaced as well. The windows that were installed from the factory were bad about fogging or looking cloudy. The new windows come with a warranty. The paint on this coach is in great shape. Front glass is new. Their is a small area of delamination behind the passenger seat but could be repaired easily. New sealant all the way around the roof. I have priced this to sell and will accept reasonable offers. This one must go I have new coach fever!!!
