In 2021 (1400 miles ago) the fluids were changed in the engine and generator. The DEF fluid system was refurbished at this time also. All six tires were replaced in 2020 and have tire covers on them. The exterior could use a washing. 2004 Newmar Essex 4503 Westminster 4 Slide 45ft 500hpNicely appointed coach optioned from Newmar with the Mystic Sable scheme. The Spartan K2 chassis with independent front suspension travels down the road very smoothly. The Cummins ISM 500 provides ample power, and you couldn't ask for better than the Allison 4000 series transmission. There are 83k miles on the odometer, and all the tires were recently replaced, having less than 4k miles on them. A Wineguard in-motion satellite system was just installed as well. There are far too many options to even begin to list here, but I will highlight a few of the major ones that come to mind at the moment. I have also included a link directly to the Newmar brochure for the 2004 model line up that shows the 4503. The generator is an Onan 10kw Silent Diesel that powers everything with plenty to spare. Triple air conditioner / heat pumps keep things cool even in summer heat and are fully ducted. Top of the line Hydro Hot diesel fired hydronic heating system efficiency heats the coach's interior and also provides endless hot water, plus it can use waste heat from the engine as well. The kitchen has a tastfully hidden dishwasher. A Splendide washer/dryer combo is concealed near the bathroom. A large 20' Girard power awning creates a lot of shaded area. There are rear and side color camera monitors to assist the driver. A solid, one piece fiberglass roof is tough and just about worry free. There's so much more, but I'll stop here. 2008 Winnebago Vista 32K Class A w/ Bunks The 32K is a very popular model because of it's roomy layout and bunk beds, though it's hard to find one 2nd hand because owners usually hang on to them. Only 16,858 miles on the odometer. This RV is really clean and well kept. I would encourage anyone to climb up and see how nice the roof is. Crawl underneath the RV and you'll be greeted by an exceptionally clean undercarriage. Take a peek at the nearly spotless engine bay. The interior is just as nice, and it's non-smoker with NO pet odors. Has two slide-outs, with the rear slide being quite large...giving the space of some RVs that have 3 slides. Lots of storage, with a very convenient large PASS THROUGH compartment. Pretty solid wood cabinetry and dining table top. Tires have 80% plus tread and look great. All new batteries just installed.
