Class A Motorhome, Full Body Paint, 39.6 feet length, CAT 350 Turbo Diesel, Allison MH3000 6 Speed Transmission. 3 Slides. We have had a great experience with "Lexi" and she only has 40,000 miles and she runs great and rides smooth. Named "Lexi" from the fact she is the LX model, which includes Corain countertops, marble tile floors, and updated window decor. We always named our vehicles, because we always took very good care of them, as if they were part of the family. And in return she took care of us, we NEVER had a breakdown of any kind as we traveled around the US. We are the second owners of "Lexi", we bought her from the President of the company I worked for in 2012, who maintained her very well. We have all records of maintenance and have upgraded all the TV's to Vizio LED Flat screens. We also added a computer desk in place of where the adjoining "jackknife" sofa was located (see photos), as I was working while we traveled. (this can be reverted back to the sofa upon request). Michelin Tires are 4 years new, with approximately 26K miles on them. Interstate batteries (house) are also 4 years old and probably should be replaced. All systems are in working order. We are selling "Lexi" because we are no longer traveling. You can not find a more reliable DP motorhome. National had built a very good product, well respected in the industry prior to closing. THE TROPICAL IS BUILT ON A FREIGHTLINER XC-R CHASSIS. THIS CHASSIS HAS THE RAISED RAILS, TO GIVE YOU BETTER HANDLING AND BETTER STORAGE WITH A SLIDE OUT/PASS THRU TRAY FOR EASY ACCESS. THERE IS ALSO A LARGE PANTRY FOR PLENTY OF STORAGE. THIS IS GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO SAVE MONEY ON A WELL MAINTAINED, WELL EQUIPPED AND GORGEOUS COACH. VERY UNIQUE FLOOR PLAN.
