This RV is very clean and shows little wear compared to its model year/age. The unit is kept inside a warehouse full time when not used. All six tires were replaced in November 2023. The seller reports the motor for the interior day-night shades needs to be replaced - shades can be operated manually. There are small blemishes in the wood grain finish below the dash, seen as you enter the coach. The seller reports all other mechanical and electronic features function normally.
