Nice extra clean well maintained RV for sale. Mileage is 50,856. It has Michelin tires all around. Two of them purchased in 2012 and the other four were purchased in 2014. It has a spare tire and wheel held in a special compartment It has a receiver hitch and trailer receptacle. It has brand new bilstein shocks on the front. It has a back-up camera that is activated whenever the unit is in reverse. There is a Marquis Gold 5500 generator with 1134 hours. It has been 123 hours since last service. There is a new custom installed 32" Vizio flat screen and sound bar in the front of the RV and the bedroom is fully wired for a second TV. It has a TV signal booster and control center and is wired for cable.It has an upgraded digital roof mounted antenna . It has a Samsung microwave and atwood oven with cook top(Propane). We replaced the dometic (electric or propane) refrigerator with new. The RV has a large 3 level pantry adjacent to the kitchen. Lighting has been upgraded throughout to LED bulbs. The headlight units and fog/running lights were replaced in the last year. We recoated the roof top and resealed all of the roof top accessories within the last year and replaced both A/C covers. The Bathroom has full size shower with glass enclosure. The RV sleeps 6 with a queen size bed in the rear, and a sleeper sofa and convertible dinette in the main cabin. We have lined the engine cover with "Hushmat" so that the cabin is quieter while traveling. This unit has only been used by 2 adults, non smokers and no pets. We have original paperwork and product manuals that came with unit. We have owned this RV since 2011 and are selling because we already purchased a larger motorhome.
