It has a Cummins 500 hp Diesel engine, a 6 speed Alison transmission and sits on a Spartan K2 tag axle chassis. We are the second owners of this bus, and like the original owners, we have diligently maintained the unit over the years. Instruction books for all systems are complete and all maintenance and service records since 2003 are available. Since purchasing the coach in early 2013, we have provided the following upgrades: 8 new Michelin tires; 3 new Smart LED TVs; a new residential refrigerator; induction cooktop; new, Amish made cabinets and drawer modifications; new Splendide washer/dryer combo; and a top of the line Cool Max mattress for the King bed. Our major upgrade is a 1 KW solar system....that's right, there are 9 solar panels on the roof of the motor home....and they tie into an Outback Charging and Maintenance System that includes, two PURE sine wave 2000 watt Outback inverters, an Outback charge controller and battery management system, and the Outback Mate System Controller which gives you up to date information on the entire solar and battery system. You will NOT find the Outback Power Management System even in new luxury motor homes.
