This is a Land Yacht XL 396 (39'6"Length). We are the second owner so "No Pets" or "No Smokers" cannot be guaranteed, however there is no evidence of either. Upon purchase (15,000 miles ago) we took the coach to the Airstream factory and had everything brought up to standard. Then we took it to Freightliner and had the chassis and generator thoroughly inspected and serviced. We have ever record of servicing since new. The 400 Cummins pulls the coach and "Toad" at Interstate speeds effortlessly. A Blue Ox tow system and 2006 Jeep is also available. All titles are clear and unencumbered.
