The tires, mechanicals, and paint are reported to be in good shape. However, there is some peeling vinyl on the furniture (typical non-leather). The A/C from the engine for the cab needs to be recharged. It got warmer slowly. The front house roof unit runs but is not cold. That just started (the rear one in the bedroom is fine). The key is broken off in the door lock. The toilet did not flush when purchased. Took the feed hose off and put it back on, was working but stopped again. The radio was fine, now no sound (Could be a user error). The tv in the bedroom works but the one up front does not. It has a satellite system, but the current owner has never used it. Overall, a nice coach and a handy person could likely fix most of the issues.
