The seller reports that everything works as expected. The lights have been replaced with LED. The air conditioning and power panels came on with shore power.

The unit can be powered with electric or propane, through a generator, which has recently been serviced. All lights have been replaced with LED bulbs.
The keyless entry doesn't work because the batteries were left in and corroded the area.
There is minor, cosmetic damage to the rear of the body of the unit where it made contact with a fire hydrant, but it doesn't impact functionality. The is some trim near the driver's seat that has a little damage, but no impact to functionality and there is also a tear in the awning.
