This is a beautiful class A gas motor home. There is a full slide, the roof was sealed last year, double door refrigerator, queen bed with new mattress from Denver Mattress bought March 2016, booth table, couch, rocker recliner, back up camera, double a/c units, the master control, vent covers and new filter replaced May 2016, I have service records and receipts for work done on this coach as well as the complete owner's manual. 2015 Forest River Fr3 30DS, This coach is basically new. I bought it in June of 2014 so it is still under warranty. Bought it with 1100 miles from transportation from the factory to Dallas. We have used it for a few overnights to the lake last year. Only 2004 miles total. Everything is basically new. Never used the shower. You will not be disappointed. Generator only has 20 hours. Vehicle is very well maintained and nothing is needed to do but get in and drive. If you are familiar with these coaches, they all come loaded. The self leveling is incredible. Three TVs, electric awning, reclining couch and of course the lowering bed over the drivers compartment. The sound system and TV outside make for great movie nights with the kids. The size of this RV is really easy to drive and maneuver with three cameras to help you back up and change lanes.
