Sleeps 6 with a queen bed in back and extra seat turns into a recliner to watch the 32" flat screen TV! Tires have very little wear and only a few yrs old. Last yr for preventive maintenance we put a Pro Guard roof coating to extend the roof another 15yrs it has never had a leak (cost $1,000). Recently I had all new break pads and fuel filter and air filter (900.00) . Oman 5500 generator 53,000 mile on it. I don't think you will a MH that shines and in this good of shape for this amount.
