Clean Class A with Fiberglass roof, working twin AC units, new flooring, new wallpaper, new day/night shades and new furniture. Batteries are just over a year old, and a new Freedom Inverter is in place. Steering pump had a small leak and that has been replaced with a new one. What you should knowRefrigerator is not working.Small area of damage in master bedroom needs to be finished. I have wallpaper for it to match. Old style V was rioved and new flat screen is installed on a swing down mount.New stereo and speakers are installedNew sleeper sofa in black to match 2 new captains chairs.I bought this for 30K and put another 12K in it. There is a Kohler generator that runs on propane.
