This is a very nice older motorhome. It is 36' long and everything is in working order. We are the second owners of this RV and have had it for the last 6 years and put about 9,000 miles on it. It has been used mostly for our business and all the decals have been removed, which is why we are selling for $1200 less than average retail. You can look at it as a 36' long canvas you can put anything on. It has normal wear for the age, but overall it travels great, sleeps well, and the shower/bath works perfect. We have not tested the TV's in about 3 years, but they did work last time along with a DVD player. We have spent the night in it recently and everything from generator, to air conditioner, to refrigerator worked great. Because it was used for a business it has been well maintained. I doubt you will find many RV's built in this year in better condition. The RV has lots of under carriage storage and a towing hitch for a car that we have never used. It has 1 large slideout that works great and really opens up the interior. It also has leveling jacks that operate properly.
