The condition is better than expected. All functions, both electronic and mechanical, are operational. The coach has had very little use. Does have a bleach stain on the carpet in the laundry room and a small tear in the driver's seat from the frame on the seat. All remotes are in the coach and it has a working safe in the rear. Large electric awning, Pull out under carriage storage units.Current odometer reading 21K Mi, Odometer was replaced at 15K miles Due to Factory repair.HVAC tested in November 2016, works great.Was serviced by: Springs Auto & Truck Service Center in Colorado Springs.Current problems: Water Heater and Plumbing need attention.
