There is some cracking in the stripes. Per the seller the house,and engine batteries are new. Per the seller the tires are new. They are dated 4321 but appear to be in good condition. The propane generator needs a new control board. There are no signs of water intrusion inside this coach. There is a stain in the bedroom carpet that looks like they spilled oil on it.
