****SALE PENDING****We purchased this motorhome new in December 2013 and took excellent care of it. Due to changing family priorities, we are selling. What really sold us on this unit were the two bunk beds (72x32 inches) with weight capacities of 250 pounds each. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the sofa/sleeper is queen size as well. The smaller sofa folds flat as a bed and the dinette area converts to a sleeping area also. The interior has high gloss raised panel hardwood cabinet doors and hardwood cabinet fascias. The TV is in the center of the living area and is connected to the Sony entertainment system. There is also a TV in the bedroom and an exterior TV with sound-bar. We installed an in-motion satellite. The floor consists of vinyl tile and is in excellent shape. There is a roof vent in the bathroom and living area and both can be controlled with switches on the cabinets. Manual solar shades and privacy shades are on every window. The windshield shades are controlled with a switch on the dash. A 2000 Watt sine wave inverter is mounted in the "basement" and is a nice addition. The unit has an 8 kw Onan generator which is very quiet and has functioned flawlessly. The refrigerator is 4 door gas/electric.The bath has a skylight in the molded fiberglass one-piece shower. The bedroom's wardrobe has automatic lights with lots of storage. It is wired and plumbed for a washer and dryer, but we did not install either. This area is right next to the wardrobe. We have stored the unit at our home with a cover and the tires/wheels have always been covered to protect from UV damage. It has never been damaged. Maintenance of the diesel engine, Freightliner Chassis, and Onan generator have always been performed according to recommendations. We have always meticulously cleaned it inside and out. It rides very smoothly and pulls well. We have towed our Captiva with a dolly several times without issue.
