Both toilets macerating automatically as well as a macerating pump out system for pumping both gray and black water, very fast very clean. Heated porcelain tile floors, built-in USB charger. 100 pound capacity refrigerator/freezer in the garage area, all lighting is LED including beautiful accent lighting on the exterior .
