The seller lives in the RV and keeps all systems and functions working correctly. The hydraulic levelers are in the process of being repaired, so he currently uses wood blocks.
He uses the wooden stairs when parked for an extended period so that he can turn off the auto steps, which work fine.
The exterior, roof, awnings, and interior fabrics and surfaces are in average condition for their age and full-time use. Some seats are covered due to furniture peeling.
