i have a RV that is in really good condition. it needs someone who can use it and keep up the interior , trim, pm, etc...... it has hardwood floors, queen bedroom, bathroom, water tanks for potable and waste. has stove , full sink, fullsize fridge , freezer and ice maker. This unit also has the 8.1 turbo cummins engine, 300 gallon fuel tank, the hidden underneath generator that runs off same main fuel cell of diesel. it also has auto leveling jack system, new awnings all way around. has 70-80% tread left on kumho tires. it is only used once a year by me , hince the low mileage of 56,000....if you have any questions. way more than i can list so give me a txt, call or email anytime ......931 505 9632. im a fair guy so i'll work with anyone who is truely interested in owning this magnificent find!!!!

2004 Coachman Mirada RV in great shape with 56,091 miles on it. This coach is a 33 ft class A with 1 slide. Engine is a Ford 6.8L V10 EFI F/5.If you are looking for a way to test out the tiny home movement or just want a fantastic motor home to journey across the country...this one is a great option. I love this unit, but I accepted a transfer to Kansas City and bought a home in an area I can not park it, so it needs to go! It's currently parked and all hooked up at the Campers RV park in Columbia, TN. Engine runs like a champ and this unit has been well maintained with regular service. Gas tank is full with 10 miles on it and the propane is probably 7/8 full. Tires are in great shape, treated quarterly when it's sitting. No dry rot whatsoever and I will give you the tire covers I use when she is parked. I also put in new floor this spring to remove carpet and update the unit. Backup camera and solar panel too! There is a trailer hitch and I will include a basket for it. Specs state it sleeps 6. NADA value on this unit comes in at $33k and I can send that over to any interested buyers. I have this priced to sell since I'm moving! Buy today road trip/camp tomorrow! :)I will also include all kinds of extras such as rope lights, the large patio entry mat, brand new sewer connectors, new bay door holders, basket for hitch, etc. Also has the HD antenna upgrade for digital channels.Lastly, the best thing about owning a Coachman rig is you are under the Forest River Owners Group and they have factory camping events where you can get service on your coach at a substantial discount or even complimentary just for owning their brand if you should ever need it! :// /
