The RV is in better-than-expected condition. The only wear and tear observed is on the bottom of the cockpit chairs. The roof was resealed two years ago. The carpet in the bedroom shows some wear due to its light color. The exterior of the RV shows no damage. According to the seller, there is no known damage. Tiffin Allegro Bus 39ip on Freightliner chassis with diesel Onan generator. Floor plan includes 2 full size couches, dinette, 1 main slide in living area and plenty of room for your family and friends. The bedroom has custom bunk beds, and a full mattress, that make for additional sleeping or great storage area when not using. RV is in great shape and ready to go anywhere! Complete service and NEW TIRES installed before we took it last summer to Niagara Falls and to Maine. Mechanically, it is excellent with Cummins 330, Allison transmission, brakes, diesel Onan generator all in great condition. Inside the motorhome is also in good condition with heavy built quality expected in a Tiffin Allegro Bus motorhome. Has smooth surface countertops in kitchen/bath, solid beautiful cabinetry throughout, double fridge/freezer, upgraded flat screen TV's front and rear, 2 HVAC, etc... The exterior was cleaned, waxed/buffed earlier this year and looks good but the striping decals are weathered and fading in areas. Also, a few other items to mention; dash AC not currently blowing cold air and needs recharging, stabilizers work fine but front left has to be manually assisted when rising back into travel position (...hence the reduction in price). NADA range as equipped is $51,195-$61,670! Have clean title in hand and ready to sell. Pictures speak to the overall condition of this motorhome, but if interested, this is a MUST SEE. It has tremendous storage both inside and underneath in basement. We hate to sell this dependable and roomy motorhome, we love it, but not able to use it as much this year and moving forward (our 2 oldest are now teenagers and are so busy we can't get extended time needed to be away on the road like we need/desire). If you are seriously looking and can afford to purchase, you will not be disappointed in this one that is literally ready to go anywhere in the country right away.
