The coach is in good over all condition. There are a few minor items of concern. - The awning stopped opening, it needs a part replaced. - Two of the hydraulic jacks have been leaking. We had the other two leaking a while back and had those lines replaced. Those just help stabilize it for while you are parked. We were honestly thinking of using simple car jacks to help stabilize it because they are much easier to control than that older system. You could literally go without any jacks at all, it would just rock a little more when you are walking around. Stock #393869 1999 Discovery By Fleetwood! Fully restored! Clothes washer/dryer! Used Cruiser Lift RV Motorcycle Lift. Go to the Cruiser lift website, www.cruiserlift.com, and there are more details and photos about the product. Unit is powered by an electric winch and cable system. The lift has a carrying capacity of 1,000 pounds. Once mounted to your RV, a vehicle tow bar or single receiver hitch can still be attached to the lift system, if you are towing a car/truck/boat. Currently mounted on a 40' class A diesel pusher. Lift was purchased used, completely refurbished, and mounted to my RV by Jon Wickham and Associates, in Dallas, Texas. The lift sells new for over $3,000, excluding three point hitch receiver bar and frame mounting. All in probably $5500. A three point hitch receiver, mounted to the frame of your RV (bolted/welded), is required, and needs to be done by a professional shop.
