Both slide out have automatic retractable awnings. 5500 watt Onan generator with approx. 250 hours on it just had complete tune up and overhaul. Queen size bed with memory foam in bedroom and couch has inflatable Queen size bed couch and bed only 2 years old. Both Captains chairs, couch, recliner all leather only 2 years old. Dining table also brand new. There is a 42 inch flat screen, and two 27 inch flat screen tvs. Has Winegard self searching motorized mobile satellite system. Blue Ox towing system. Side by side Dometic gas and electric refrigerator. Microwave with convection and oven combo. Gas and electric hot water heater. Two burner gas cooktop. Gas furnace with central heating ducts and 2 roof air conditioners with central duct ventilation throughout cabin. it has a 25 gallon propane tank. Fully self contained tanks for fresh water gray water and black water. Ford V10 gasoline engine starts like a finger snap and runs perfectly. I also have an Add-a-Room that attaches to the big awning assembly and its brand new still in the box never once installed valued at $1250. I have window covers for all major windows and tire covers. The tires are 1 year old barely driven on at all and they are the heaviest load tires you can buy for the wheels. There are three multi speed roof vent fans with rain covers on roof top. Also has solar panel for charging on the roof. Also roof has been sealed every year and has never leaked a drop of water. Glass enclosed shower with small tub and a separate bathroom for the toilet. Carpet is only a few years old was replaced in 2012. The cabinetry is the upgraded option with all faucets and sinks are very nice quality. Has carbon monoxide alarm smoke alarms and state of the art monitoring systems. Rear facing camera system with monitor in dash.
